2.6.1.1. The electronic accounting system includes all the data obtained as a result of a full inventory of defense facilities, including data on defense land and land plots of defense industry entities

За інформацією Міноборони: "Суб’єкти господарювання щорічно проводять інвентаризацію державного майна (станом на 31 грудня) або позапланово за рішенням органу управління відповідно до вимог Методики проведення інвентаризації об’єктів державної власності, затвердженої постановою Кабінетів Міністрів України від 30 листопада 2005 р. № 1121.
Робота щодо організації та забезпечення державної реєстрації речових прав на нерухоме майно, що перебуває у суб’єктів господарювання, функціональне управління якими покладено на УКМ (Управління корпоративного менеджменту), триває, здійснюються заходи щодо видачі довіреностей МОУ на уповноваження керівників державних підприємств на вчинення дій щодо державної реєстрації речових прав на нерухоме майно.
Із загальної кількості 48 638 будівель та споруд, які перебувають на балансі суб’єктів господарювання, які перебувають у функціональному управлінні Управління, державну реєстрацію речових прав власності на нерухоме здійснено на 15 128 будівель та споруд, що складає 31%."
Оскільки інвентаризація та реєстрація суб'єктів нерухомості здійснена не на 100%, як це передбачено індикатором виконання, відповідний захід є частково виконаним.
