2.6.1.1.7. Conducting the annual monitoring of the quantity of inventoried and registered real rights to immovable properties of the Ministry of Defense and enterprises, organizations, and institutions under the Ministry’s jurisdiction

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.1. The electronic accounting system includes all the data obtained as a result of a full inventory of defense facilities, including data on defense land and land plots of defense industry entities

2.6.1. Nontransparent and ineffective usage and disposition of defense land, immovable properties in the defense industry, as well as surplus movable property of the army, intellectual property; uncontrolled consumption of fuel procured for the needs of the Armed Forces

За інформацією Міноборони: "щорічну інвентаризацію за 2023 рік провело та подало органу Управління 72% суб’єктів господарювання Міноборони, щодо 28% суб’єктів господарювання, які перебувають у стадії реорганізації (ліквідації, банкрутстві), робота щодо проведення інвентаризації триває.
Із загальної кількості 48 638 будівель та споруд, які перебувають на балансі суб’єктів господарювання, які перебувають у функціональному управлінні Управління, державну реєстрацію речових прав власності на нерухоме здійснено на 15 128 будівель та споруд, що складає 31%".
