On January 27, 2023, an Additional Agreement to the Memorandum on Cooperation and Exchange of Information Between the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the Council of the Business Ombudsperson regarding the procedure for exchanging information on the most widespread corrupt practices in interactions between businesses and the public sector was concluded.
