Implementing status

Progress/Result of implementation:

On January 27, 2023, an Additional Agreement to the Memorandum on Cooperation and Exchange of Information between the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the Business Ombudsman Council was signed. This additional agreement concerns the procedure for exchanging information on the most common corruption practices in business interaction with the public sector.
