За інформацією Міноборони: "Опрацювання Орієнтовного плану проведення консультацій з громадськістю у 2023 році опрацювати протягом трьох місяців після припинення воєнного стану в Україні (рішення заступника Міністра оборони України Ганни МАЛЯР від 29.11.2022 №220\11524)".
Виходячи із наданої інформації консультації з громадськістю не проводились, таким чином захід є невиконаним.
