The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.1.5.2. Citizens refrain from corrupt practices owing to communications and awareness raising campaign aimed at raising awareness about the availability of electronic services, simplifying procedures, and so forth

1.1.5. In many areas of social life, resorting to corrupt practices is a more convenient, efficient, effective, and sometimes only way to satisfy the needs of individuals or legal entities compared to satisfying such needs in the legitimate way

За повідомленням Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції , "було переосмислено підхід до реалізації зазначеного заходу та змінено впроваджувача. Реалізація заходу відбудеться у 2-3 кварталах 2024 року".
