In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.5.2.1 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством оборони України повідомлено, що:
1) Міноборони розроблено проект Закону України про внесення змін до Статуту внутрішньої служби ЗСУ;
2) проект закону було повторно відправлено до Кабінету Міністрів України;
3) листом Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.08.2025 №21508/0/2-25 проект Закону направлений до Верховної Ради України;
4) проект Закону зареєстровано у Верховній Раді України за №13712 від 29.08.2025;
5) постановою Верховної Ради України від 10.02.2026 №4775-IX законопроєкт включено до Порядку денного п’ятнадцятої сесії Верховної Ради України дев’ятого скликання.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «проект закону подано до Верховної Ради України».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.03.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.10.2024 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.5.2.1 Програми присвоєно статус «виконано невчасно та повністю».
