No. 1153, which provides for the rotation (transfer) of military personnel between the relevant positions with a view to improving their qualifications and helping them acquire essential experience or using their resources more efficiently

1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.5.2.3 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством оборони України повідомлено, що:
1) проєкт Указу Президента України Про внесення змін до Указу Президента України від 10 грудня 2008 року № 1153 доопрацьовано з урахуванням зауважень Офісу Президента України, направлено на погодження в центральні органи виконавчої влади та інші заінтересовані органи;
2) здійснюється доопрацювання проєкту Указу з урахуванням наданих ЦОВВ зауважень.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «проект Указу подано на розгляд Президентові України».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.03.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.01.2024 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.5.2.3 Програми присвоєно статус «виконано невчасно та частково».
