2.6.5.2. Staff rotation is ensured, and individuals who have violated the requirements pertaining to prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest, other requirements, prohibitions and restrictions established by the Law of Ukraine On Prevention of Corruption are identified

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Моніторинг заходу 2.6.5.2.4 Програми за IV квартал 2025 року.
1. За повідомленням головного виконавця: «Наказ Міністерства оборони України № 884/нм від 18.12.2025 "Про затвердження Змін до Інструкції про організацію виконання Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у Збройних Силах України" доопрацьований з урахуванням зауважень Міністерства юстиції України та готується для направлення до Мін'юсту для державної реєстрації".
2. Крім того, Наказ Міністерства оборони України від 18.12.2025 № 884 зареєстровано в Міністерстві
юстиції України 09.01.2026 за № 39/45433.
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «видано наказ, проведено його державну реєстрацію та оприлюднено».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.09.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.10.2024 (дата завершення виконання)
4. З огляду на вищевказану інформацію, зміст зазначеного наказу відповідає вимогам заходу 2.6.5.2.4. Отже, захід виконано невчасно та повністю.
