У Міністерстві оборони України розроблений проєкт Указу Президента України “Про внесення змін до Указу Президента України від 10 грудня 2008 року № 1153/2008” та подано на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України (зареєстр. від 26.01.2024 №3179/0/1-24).
Розробка відповідного проекту наказу Міноборони буде розпочато після видання Указу Президента України, зазначеного у підпункті 2.6.5.2.3. Тому громадські обговорення відповідного проекту наказу не проводились.
