На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.1.4.1 Державної антикорупційної політики на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що проєкт Положення про комісію з конкурсного відбору незалежних членів наглядової ради державного підприємства «Медичні закупівлі України» підготовлено.
Окрім того, підготовлені листи представництву Європейського Союзу в Україні, регіональній місії USAID в Україні, групі Світового Банку, представництву Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров'я в Україні щодо долучення до Комісії з конкурсного відбору та дотримання процедур запобігання конфлікту інтересів при формуванні наглядової ради державного підприємства «Медичні закупівлі України». Таким чином, можемо констатувати, що у межах звітного періоду розпочато виконання вказаного заходу. Відтак, захід виконується.
