На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.1.5.1 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством економіки України повідомлено, що "доопрацьований законопроект поданий на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України листом від 26.03.2024 № 3312-05/22219-01 (вх. СКМУ від 26.03.2024 № 443/0/4-24) (оновлена назва – проект Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”)". Незважаючи на те, що змістовно проеки Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" корелюється із вимогами Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025, зокрема у контексті недопущення дискримінації учасників на етапі кваліфікації до електронного каталогу (включення до переліку кваліфікованих постачальників), разом із тим, з огляду на недосягнення у межах звітного періоду показника виконання вказаного заходу, а саме не забезпечення подання проекту закону до Верховної Ради України, можемо констатувати, що вказаний захід виконаний частково
