На виконання пункту 2.7.1.5.2 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023–2025 роки Міністерство економіки, довкілля та сільського господарства України повідомило, що «розроблено і подано на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про внесення змін до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" (лист від 10.11.2025 № 3312-05/76305-01). Проєкт акта доопрацьовано на виконання рішення Урядового комітету, прийнятого на засіданні 05.12.2025 (пункт 5 витягу з протоколу № 23), та надіслано до Кабінету Міністрів України (лист від 04.01.2026 № 3312-03/522-0)».
З огляду на звітну інформацію, надану виконавцем заходу, а також інформацію з відкритих джерел встановлено, що Кабінет Міністрів України прийняв постанову від 14 січня 2026 р. № 33 "Про внесення змін до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу", якою, зокрема, передбачено положення щодо недопущення дискримінації учасників на етапі кваліфікації до електронного каталогу (включення до переліку кваліфікованих постачальників).
Таким чином, захід, передбачений пунктом 2.7.1.5.2 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023–2025 роки, виконано своєчасно та в повному обсязі.
