2.7.1.7. Clear ethical rules of interaction between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals have been defined, which make it impossible to abuse the prescription of medicines to patients; legal liability for violations of these rules has been established

Patients and doctors do not receive medications and medical devices in a timely manner and in full, in particular due to the incomplete transition to the new system of organization and control of medical procurement, and the incomplete regulation of the processes of identifying the needs for and accounting of medications

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.1.7.2 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що "розроблення онлайн-курсу для осіб, які провадять медичну чи фармацевтичну діяльність, щодо нових правил взаємодії між фармацевтичними компаніями та медичними працівниками розпочнеться після прийняття Верховною Радою України проекту Закону України «Про внесення змін до Основ законодавства України про охорону здоров’я щодо удосконалення обмежень для медичних, фармацевтичних працівників та фахівців з реабілітації під час здійснення ними професійної діяльності»".
Таким чином, у межах звітного періоду виконання вказаного заходу нерозпочато.
