2.7.1.7.2. Development of instruction on promotion rules, specifying the requirements to interaction between entities conducting medical and/or pharmaceutical activities, and pharmaceutical companies

2.7.1.7. Clear ethical rules of interaction between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals have been defined, which make it impossible to abuse the prescription of medicines to patients; legal liability for violations of these rules has been established

Patients and doctors do not receive medications and medical devices in a timely manner and in full, in particular due to the incomplete transition to the new system of organization and control of medical procurement, and the incomplete regulation of the processes of identifying the needs for and accounting of medications

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.1.7.2. Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я України повідомлено, що: " міністерством підготовлено проєкт наказу МОЗ "Про затвердження Настанови "Належна практика з промоції лікарських засобів". Станом на 30.12.2024 проєкт наказу проходить процедуру погодження в структурних підрозділах МОЗ".
Таким чином, можемо констатувати, що відповідно до наданої МОЗ інформації, у межах звітного періоду розпочато предметне виконання відповідного заходу. Відтак, виконання заходу розпочато вчасно, а сам захід виконується у межах звітного періоду.
