In order to implement the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.2.1.2 of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that the State Information System for Transplantation of Hematopoietic Stem Cells was put into operation. To confirm the implementation of this measure, an order of the Specialised State Institution "Ukrainian Transplant Coordination Centre", according to which the software of the hematopoietic stem cell registry Prometheus was put into operation on March 1, 2024, is attached for review. Therefore, the said measure of the State Anti-Corruption Programme has been implemented in essence, however, given the violation of the deadlines for its implementation (the planned period for the implementation of the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.2.1.2: 01.10.2023 - 31.01.2024), we can state that the said measure was implemented in full, but not in time.
