In order to implement the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.2.2.2 of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, on July 17, 2023, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in order to ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and accessibility, in order to study and take into account public opinion, invited representatives of government agencies, the public, and the academic community to join the discussion of the report based on the findings of the analytical study of the provisions of Articles 19 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine On the Safety and Quality of Donor Blood and Components of Blood, the Procedure for Transporting Anatomic Materials of a Human Being Within Ukraine, Importing Such Materials into the Customs Territory of Ukraine and Exporting Them from the Customs Territory of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 5, 2020, No. 720, other legislative provisions pertaining to the procedure for importing, exporting, and transporting anatomic materials of a human being within Ukraine, the rules for reimbursing donors, and other procedures, to verify their completeness, specific and systemic nature, and check them for any factors fostering corruption. This is confirmed by the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of an invitation to join the discussion of the analytical report. In addition, according to the information provided by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine within the framework of the third quarter reporting on the implementation of measures of the State Anti-Corruption Program, the report on the public discussion of the analytical report was published, and the report itself was provided to confirm this. Therefore, the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.2.2.2 of the State Anti-Corruption Program has been implemented.
