На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.2.2. Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що: "наказ МОЗ від 08.09.2025 № 1393 "Про організацію та проведення обов’язкових медичних оглядів працівників певних категорій", зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України 27 жовтня 2025 року за № 1551/44957". Водночас у змісті вказаного наказу відсутнє положення про те, що результати всіх обов’язкових попередніх та періодичних профілактичних медичних оглядів вносяться до електронної системи охорони здоров’я. Вказане не надає можливість констатувати повне виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.2.1. З огляду на вказане та взаємозв'язок заходів 2.7.3.2.1 та 2.7.3.2.2., можемо констатувати лише частковість виконання останнього.
