In order to implement the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.3.2.4. of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the Procedure for the Functioning of the Electronic Healthcare System on the integration of data and electronic documents on the results of compulsory preliminary and periodic preventive medical examinations into the electronic healthcare system. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 641 dated June 24, 2023 On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Functioning of the Electronic Healthcare System amended the Procedure for the Functioning of the Electronic Healthcare System approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25, 2018 No. 411, in particular, that
- information from the Electronic Healthcare System is the main source of information about the provided medical services in Ukraine; on the basis of this information decisions regarding the calculation of the medical guarantees program, management decisions are made, and the necessary statistics are formed;
- on the basis of the Electronic Healthcare System, electronic document exchange is carried out among healthcare institutions;
- medical records of patients are kept exclusively through the electronic healthcare system;
- data and electronic documents reflecting the results of compulsory preliminary and periodic preventive medical examinations are integrated into the Electronic Healthcare System.
Thus, the measure was implemented on time and in full.
