2.7.3.3. Tools for assessing the functional status of a person according to the adapted International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health have been introduced into the electronic healthcare system

The electronic healthcare system is not sufficiently integrated with other databases, which creates opportunities for abuse during the use of specific functions (including the awarding of disability benefits, preventive and compulsory medical examinations, and assignment of the disability group)

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.3.6 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що: "розроблено технічне завдання та здійснено технічну розробку впровадження можливості застосування в ЕСОЗ Національного класифікатора НК 030:2022 “Класифікатор функціонування, обмеження життєдіяльності та здоров'я”; зазначений функціонал було включено до складу ЕСОЗ".
З аналізу наданих на підтвердження виконання цього заходу документів можемо встановити, що на разі:
- впроваджено в ЕСОЗ процеси по створенню та веденню індивідуального реабілітаційного плану фахівцями з реабілітації, які безпосередньо надають реабілітаційну допомогу;
- впроваджено можливості застосування в ЕСОЗ Національного класифікатора НК 030:2022 “Класифікатор функціонування, обмеження життєдіяльності та здоров'я” та міжнародного Класифікатора ISO 9999 “Допоміжні засоби для осіб з обмеженням життєдіяльності”;
- впроваджено в ЕСОЗ процесів щодо можливості реєстрації та використання результатів реабілітаційного обстеження, встановлення завдань реабілітації, планування та реалізація реабілітаційних втручань та оцінювання ефективності надання реабілітаційної допомоги.
Таким чином, можемо констатувати, що захід передбачений п. 2.7.3.3.6 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки є виконаним вчасно та повністю
