The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.7.3.4. The functions of providing the relevant medical opinion on determining the disability group and social assistance based on such an opinion are divided between state bodies in order to reduce corruption risks

The electronic healthcare system is not sufficiently integrated with other databases, which creates opportunities for abuse during the use of specific functions (including the awarding of disability benefits, preventive and compulsory medical examinations, and assignment of the disability group)

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.4.5 (1) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що: "наказ МОЗ України від 10.12.2024 № 2067 "Деякі питання забезпечення проведення оцінювання повсякденного функціонування особи" зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України 17 грудня 2024 р. за № 1925/432703;
наказ МОЗ України від 03.12.2024 № 2022 "Про покладання прав та обов’язків Центру оцінювання функціонального стану особи";
наказ МОЗ України від 17.12.2024 № 2107 "Про затвердження Порядку здійснення моніторингу оцінювання повсякденного функціонування особи" зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України 25 грудня 2024 р. за № 1999/43344.
Таким чином, з огляду на те, що наказ МОЗ України від 03.12.2024 № 2022 "Про покладання прав та обов’язків Центру оцінювання функціонального стану особи" не зареєстрований у Міністерстві юстиції України можемо встановити, що захід виконаний вчасно, але частково.
