The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.7.3.4. The functions of issuing a relevant medical opinion on the determination of the disability group and social aid based on this opinion are segregated between government agencies as a way to minimize corruption risks

2.7.3. The electronic healthcare system is not sufficiently integrated with other databases, which creates opportunities for abuse during the use of specific functions (including the awarding of disability benefits, preventive and compulsory medical examinations, and assignment of the disability group)

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.4.8 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я повідомлено, що листом МОЗ від 10.10.2023 № 09-06/28773/2-23 щодо внесення змін у додаток 2 до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки надано пропозиції щодо зміни пункту плану. Під час узгоджувальної наради, яка відбулася за участі представників НАЗК, МОЗ та Мінсоцполітики погоджено скорегувати зміст вказаного заходу. З огляду на що, констатуємо, що незважаючи на не початок виконання вказаного заходу у межах звітного періоду, існують перспективи його виконання після внесення відповідних змін до Державної антикорупційної програми.
