Implementing status

In order to implement the measure provided for in clause 2.7.4.1.2 of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, the Ministry of Health reported that: "the terms of reference for the development of the software of the information and communication system "Unified Portal of Vacancies of Healthcare Personnel" have been developed. It's is being processed by the organizational units of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". To confirm the implementation of this measure, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine submitted for review the relevant terms of reference describing the necessary functionality for the development of the software of the information and communication system "Unified Portal of Vacancies of Healthcare Personnel". Therefore, we can state that the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.4.1.2 was implemented within the reporting period. However, given the planned timeframe for its implementation (01.09.2023 - 31.12.2023), we can state that the measure was not implemented on time, but in full.
