2.7.5.1. Enrollment of persons at educational institutions, the process of obtaining education and assessment of learning outcomes are carried out transparently and on the basis of objective criteria

2.7.5. Corruption risks are present when it comes to access to educational institutions and the educational process. The awarding of academic degrees and academic titles often happens with significant use of corrupt practices and other forms of dishonesty

On December 29, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine submitted for public discussion the Draft Procedure for Enrollment in Higher Education in 2024. Comments and suggestions to the Draft Procedure were acceptable until January 31, 2024. The report on the results of the public discussion was published on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
