2.7.5. Corruption risks are present when it comes to access to educational institutions and the educational process. The awarding of academic degrees and academic titles often happens with significant use of corrupt practices and other forms of dishonesty

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved the order dated March 06, 2024 No. 266 On Approval of the Procedure for Enrollment in Higher Education in 2024 and submitted it for state registration (letter No. 1/4006-24 dated March 06, 2024). The order registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 14, 2024 under No. 379/41724.
