2.7.5.1. Enrollment of persons at educational institutions, the process of obtaining education and assessment of learning outcomes are carried out transparently and on the basis of objective criteria

2.7.5. Corruption risks are present when it comes to access to educational institutions and the educational process. The awarding of academic degrees and academic titles often happens with significant use of corrupt practices and other forms of dishonesty

З огляду на те, що проєкт наказу про затвердження вичерпного переліку безумовних медичних підстав, за наявності яких особі дозволяється складати вступні іспити в закладі вищої освіти замість зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання не був розроблений (див. стан виконання заходу 2.7.5.1.14 Програми), і, відповідно, не було здійснено видання цього наказу та супроводження його державної реєстрації у Мін’юсті, - Національне агентство з питань запобігання корупції констатує, що даний захід 2.7.5.1.16 залишається невиконаним.
