За результатами останнього моніторингу стану виконання заходу 2.7.6.2.3 Програми, НАЗК встановлено, що станом на кінець І кварталу 2025 року аналітичне дослідження щодо уточнення конкретних показників результативності, які використовуються у формулі розподілу обсягу видатків державного бюджету на вищу освіту між закладами вищої освіти, все ще не було проведено та, відповідно, не підготовлено і не оприлюднено звіту за його результатами, з огляду на що даний захід залишається невиконаним.
Водночас за інформацією, наданою Міністерством освіти і науки України (МОН), як Головним виконавцем зазначеного заходу, "оскільки дію формули було зупинено у 2022 та 2023 роках внаслідок введення в Україні правового режиму воєнного стану, проведення аналітичного дослідження ускладнено внаслідок відсутності співставних даних, а також нових умов та особливостей воєнного стану. Відбувається розроблення методології аналітичного дослідження".
