2.4.1.1. The principles of state ownership policy approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are periodically updated and consistently implemented in practice by entities that perform the functions of the owner of public sector entities

Міністерство економіки України поінформувало про початок виконання заходу, оскільки 08.03.2024 набрав чинності Закон України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення корпоративного управління» від 22 лютого 2024 року № 3587-IX. Підпунктом 1 пункту 8 розділу ІІ "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону Кабінету Міністрів України встановлено завдання у шестимісячний строк з дня набрання чинності Законом прийняти нормативно-правові акти, необхідні для реалізації цього Закону, включаючи Політику державної власності.
