Від Держмитслужби надійшла така інформація: "Алгоритм дій посадових осіб митних органів під час контролю правильності визначення митної вартості товарів на етапі митного оформлення та після його завершення передбачений розділом ІІІ Митного кодексу України та є нормою прямої дії для всіх посадових осіб підрозділів митного оформлення. Також, Держмитслужбою розроблено Методичні рекомендації щодо роботи посадових осіб митних органів з аналізу, виявлення та оцінки ризиків при здійсненні контролю за правильністю визначення митної вартості товарів, які переміщуються через митний кордон України, затверджені Наказом Держмитслужби від 01.07.2021 № 476.
Після затвердження нового Митного кодексу України будуть розроблені необхідні нормативно-правові акти з урахуванням новацій законодавства."
