2.3.1.2.4. Supporting the state registration of the order indicated in subclause 2.3.1.2.2 and its official publication

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.3.1.2. Official importers (who have the exclusive right to import certain goods or a franchise granted by the manufacturer or official distributor of such goods) have the opportunity to appeal the decision of the customs authority to determine the customs value or classification of goods imported by entities that do not have the status of official importers

За інформацією від Міністерства фінансів України, доопрацьований проект наказу Мінфіну «Про внесення змін до деяких наказів Міністерства фінансів України» розміщено 30.12.2025 на сайті Мінфіну у рубриці «Проекти регуляторних актів для обговорення/ Проекти регуляторних актів для обговорення у 2025 р.» розділу «Законодавство» поряд з попереднім проектом наказу за посиланням: https://www.mof.gov.ua/uk/draft_regulatory_acts_for_discussion_in_2025-819.
При цьому, повідомлення про запрошення бізнесу з метою обговорення доопрацьованого проекту наказу розміщено на сайті Мінфіну за посиланням: https://www.mof.gov.ua/uk/news/zakhist_prav_intelektualnoi_vlasnosti_mitnimi_organami_minfin_zaproshuie_do_obgovorennia_zmin-5531.
Після обговорення доопрацьованого проекту наказу Мінфіну «Про внесення змін до деяких наказів Міністерства фінансів України» з громадськістю, з метою взаємоузгодження між собою наданих пропозицій і зауважень, проходження процедури узгодження із заінтересованими органами, проект цього наказу буде подано до Мін’юсту для державної реєстрації.
З огляду на те, що а) настала дата завершення виконання заходу; б) державну реєстрацію наказу не було проведено, захід не виконано.
