When developing and implementing measures towards prevention of corruption in the customs authorities, effective cooperation with the public and business associations has been established, as well as regular monitoring of the work of the customs authorities through periodic surveys of entrepreneurs and customs officers

On April 21, 2023, the working group on an assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine in order to execute the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine dated October 04, 2022 No. 443 On Conducting an Assessment of Corruption Risks conducted an assessment of corruption risks and completed the preparation of the Draft Anti-Corruption Program of the State Customs Service of Ukraine for 2023-2025, which is published on the official web portal of the State Customs Service of Ukraine in the section "Prevention of Manifestations of Corruption" with the invitation to participate in its public discussion on May 05, 2023 in order to receive proposals and comments from the public.

In the process of assessing corruption risks and forming the Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, the State Customs Service of Ukraine engaged international experts:

- of the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine (IOMKyiv);

- of the EU Support to Strengthening Integrated Border Management in Ukraine (EU4IBM) project;

- of the Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM).
