Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law proposing to supplement the provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine as amended by the Law of Ukraine dated August 15, 2022, No. 2510-ІХ On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine Pertaining to Certain Issues of Implementation of Chapter 5 of Section IV of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand, which pertain to the use of the electronic transit system, the electronic system for management of guarantees, and their components, with provisions dealing with the implementation of import and export control systems compatible with the ones used in the EU

Держмитслужба листом від 23.02.2024 № 3/17-01/5.1/1207 надіслала пропозиції Мінфіну щодо внесення відповідних змін до зареєстрованого у Верховній Раді Україні за № 10411 від 16.01.2024 проекту Закону України «Про внесення змін до Митного кодексу України щодо імплементації деяких положень Митного кодексу Європейського Союзу». Зазначені пропозиції планується опрацювати в рамках засідань робочих груп з доопрацювання цього законопроекту в Комітеті Верховної Ради України з питань фінансів, податкової та митної політики.
