Наказом від 09.05.2023 № 190 «Про затвердження форми звіту про розгляд скарг Державною митною службою України» запроваджено моніторинг результатів розгляду у Державній митній службі України скарг на рішення, дії або бездіяльність митних органів відповідно до глави 4 Митного кодексу України, щомісячне узагальнення і щорічна підготовка та оприлюднення на сайті Держмитслужби відповідного звіту.
На виконання підпункту 3.1 пункту 3 наказу Держмитслужби від 09.05.2023 № 190 «Про затвердження форми звіту про розгляд скарг Державною митною службою України» повідомляємо, що Звіт про розгляд скарг Державної митної служби України за 2023 рік розміщено та оприлюднено на офіційному вебпорталі Держмитслужби у розділі «Діяльність», підрозділі «Плани і звіти роботи».
Звіт про розгляд скарг Державною митною службою України щомісяця доповідається керівнику Держмитслужби.
