29 лютого 2024 року проведено публічне обговорення результатів щорічного моніторингу за 2023 рік щодо розгляду скарг на дії посадових осіб Держмитслужби, на підставі яких порушені дисциплінарні провадження, відповідно до Порядку організації роботи із здійснення дисциплінарних проваджень у Державній митній службі України, затвердженого наказом Держмитслужби від 05.07.2022 № 310.
