The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine developed the order dated April 28, 2023 No. 223 On Amendments to Clause 5 of Regulation on the Expert Council on the Issues of Preparation of Generalized Tax Consultations at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which provides for amendments to the Regulation on the Expert Council on the Issues of Preparation of Generalized Tax Consultations at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated November 20, 2017, No. 948.
The specified order created conditions for the online way of obtaining information from citizens and businesses about circumstances that indicate the ambiguity of certain norms of tax and other legislation, the compliance with which is controlled by controlling authorities, namely using the e-mail address: upk@minfin.gov.ua. The order was published on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
