The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.4.3.1. On the basis of the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties, a register of state and municipal unitary enterprises, as well as business companies in which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital stock (equity) belongs to the state or a territorial community, has been created and populated with data, with mandatory publication of information on the activities of such legal entities in accordance with international standards, including information on government aid received
Problem solving:
2.4.3. The insufficient scope of publicly available information about business entities in which the state has an ownership stake significantly reduces the transparency of their activities, complicates public control and fosters corruption.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

On November 1, 2023, the State Property Fund of Ukraine published a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 467, dated April 14, 2004” (http://surl.li/oxjyzb) on its website for the purpose of public consultations. No comments or proposals were received.
On June 20, 2024, the State Property Fund of Ukraine published the revised draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, “On Amending Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 467, dated April 14, 2004, and Recognizing Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as Invalid” (http://surl.li/ywoodc) on its website for the purpose of public consultations.
