2.4.3.1.3.(1). Holding a public discussion of the draft normative legal acts indicated in subclause 2.4.3.1.2, and ensuring their revision (if needed)

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.4.3.1. On the basis of the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties, a register of state and municipal unitary enterprises, as well as business companies in which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital stock (equity) belongs to the state or a territorial community, has been created and populated with data, with mandatory publication of information on the activities of such legal entities in accordance with international standards, including information on government aid received
Problem solving:
2.4.3. The insufficient scope of publicly available information about business entities in which the state has an ownership stake significantly reduces the transparency of their activities, complicates public control and fosters corruption.

Розроблений проект постанови «Про внесення змін до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 квітня 2004 р. № 467», який передбачає викладення Порядку ведення Єдиного реєстру об'єктів державної власності, а також порядку оприлюднення інформації про діяльність державних та комунальних суб’єктів господарювання у новій редакції після проведення консультацій з громадськістю у листопаді 2023 року на вебсайті та внесення на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України було повернуто для доопрацювання.
За інформацією Фонду державного майна України доопрацьований проект постанови Кабінету Міністрів України після узгодження його положень буде оприлюднено на офіційному сайті Фонду з метою проведення консультацій з громадськістю.
