Законопроект не розроблений. Проте, Національне агентство пропонує в проекті постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023–2025 роки» змінити головного виконавця на робочу групу, утворену відповідно до Указу Президента України від 28 липня 2022 р. № 539. Також, пропонується продовження дати завершення строку виконання цього заходу.
