Implementing status

Progress/Result of implementation:

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention has developed a draft Handbook on Building an Integrity-Based Organisation to implement the measures provided for in subparagraphs 2.4.4.3.2, 2.4.4.4.1, 2.4.4.4.2 of Appendix 2 to the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, in particular, to develop important tools aimed at building integrity in the private sector, namely:

- methodological documents on building an integrity-based (effective) organization, identifying and eliminating risks of corruption in the operations of a legal entity;

- anti-corruption standards for the private sector of the economy;

- methodological documents on the practice of application of standards of integrity (anticorruption standards).
