According to the information of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine: "the draft order On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated March 19, 2021 No. 163 (hereinafter - the draft order) has been developed. The provisions of the draft order establishes the form, substance of the structure of ownership of legal entities and requirements for its completion. The form of the structure of ownership proposed by the draft order will enable legal entities to submit it to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations (hereinafter - USR) in electronic form. It will also enable the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to perform an automated check of the structure of ownership and information about the ultimate beneficial owners using the USR software."
