За інформацією Міністерства фінансів України: «Прийнято наказ Міністерства фінансів України від 02.04.2024 № 161 «Про внесення змін до наказу Міністерства фінансів України від 19 березня 2021 року № 163», яким передбачається встановити форму та зміст структури власності юридичної особи. 03.04.2024 зазначений наказ направлено до Міністерства юстиції України для державної реєстрації».
Відповідно станом на 31.03.2024 положення, зазначене у п.п. 2.4.4.6.1 додатка 2 до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, не було затверджено. З огляду на це у рамках щоквартального моніторингу за I квартал поточного року (січень-березень 2024 року) вимушені констатувати, що захід не було виконано.
