Міністерство юстиції України розробило проект наказу «Про затвердження Порядку надання юридичною особою пояснень та/або документів для підтвердження відомостей про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника та/або структуру власності юридичної особи, а також порядку їх розгляду».
Водночас показником (індикатором) виконання цього заходу передбачено оприлюднення проекту Порядку для громадського обговорення. Проте Міністерство юстиції України інформацію щодо оприлюднення проекту Порядку не надало.
