The order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated June 14, 2023 No. 2211/5 On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Explanations and/or Documents by a Legal Entity to Prove Information about the Ultimate Beneficial Owner and/or Structure of Ownership of a Legal Entity, as well as the Procedure for Reviewing Them was adopted. The order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 14, 2023 under No. 990/40046.
