The order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated July 12, 2023 No. 2542/5 On Approval of the Procedure for Notification of the Holder of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations on the Discovery of Discrepancies in the Information Received by the Entity of Primary Financial Monitoring as a Result of the Due Diligence and Information about Ultimate Beneficial Owners and the Structure of Ownership of Legal Entities Published in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations was adopted and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2023 under No. 1185/40241.
