According to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine: "By letter dated September 6 2023 No. 117593/7.1.1/4-23, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine submitted to the Government the Draft Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Legislative Acts in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine On Administrative Procedure, which was approved by the Government and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Register No. 10161 of October 18, 2023).
On December 20, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft law dated October 18, 2023 No. 10161 in the first reading with the need to refine the provisions in accordance with part one of Article 116 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, approved by the Law of Ukraine On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is currently supporting the Draft Law No. 10161 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine."
