Arranging an analytical study focusing on the organization of workflows of permanent police committees for the entire period of their existence (until February 2022), which should specify:
1) the total number of candidates reviewed by the committees during competitive selection of police officers;
2) the number of competitive selection processes conducted among individuals appointed to junior, middle, and senior positions with the police (separately for each category of police personnel);
3) results of a sociological survey of police officers on the quality of work of police committees;
4) results of an anonymous poll of members of police committees on ways to improve their work;
5) findings of the study of the effectiveness and transparency of police committees;
6) ways to resolve the issue of budget funding of community-appointed members of committees;
7) recommendations on ways to improve the effectiveness and quality of work of police committees and the selection procedure;
8) results of a sociological survey of the public on the quality of work of police committees and the effectiveness of competitive selection procedures.

Аналітичне дослідження щодо організації роботи постійно діючих поліцейських комісій за весь час їх існування проведено.
Надаючи інформацію про стан виконання заходу станом на І квартал 2024 року, МВС додатково повідомило про проведення соціологічного опитування поліцейських щодо якості роботи поліцейських комісій.
Водночас соціологічне опитування громадськості щодо якості роботи поліцейських комісій та ефективності конкурсних процедур, як елемент вказаного аналітичного дослідження, не здійснювалося.
Так, за інформацією МВС, відповідно до Порядку проведення оцінки рівня довіри населення до Національної поліції, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 07.02.2018 № 58 (зі змінами, внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 грудня 2022 р. № 1380), проведення оцінки процесів, що відбуваються в системі Національної поліції, здійснюється соціологічними службами на підставі укладеного відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» договору з Національною поліцією не рідше одного разу на рік. Водночас, у разі введення на всій території України воєнного чи надзвичайного стану оцінка вказаних вище процесів на загальнодержавному рівні тимчасово не проводиться. Проведення оцінки відновлюється наступного року після припинення або скасування воєнного чи надзвичайного стану в Україні.
