On September 29, 2023, a public discussion of the report based on the findings of the analytical study specified in subclause 2.1.6.1.1 of the Program took place with the participation of representatives of international and non-governmental organizations, representatives of local self-government bodies. The report was published on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
