24.06.2023 Кабінет Міністрів України схвалив проект Закону України ""Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про запобігання корупції» щодо удосконалення деяких антикорупційних механізмів"" з необхідністю його доопрацювання.
27.06.2023 Національне агентство направило доопрацьований вищезазначений проект Закону України (лист № 10-03/13874-23) до Кабінету Міністрів України.
04.07.2023 Верховна Рада України отримала проект Закону України ""Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про запобігання корупції» щодо удосконалення деяких антикорупційних механізмів"" (реєстр. № 9457 від 04.07.2023).
13.02.2024 надано висновок комітету ВРУ з питань антикорупційної політики про розгляд зазначеного законопроекту.
17.07.2025 законопроект реєстр. № 9457 від 04.07.2023 знято з розгляду (відкликано відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 105 Закону України "Про Регламент Верховної Ради України" у зв'язку з припиненням повноважень Кабінету Міністрів України).
Тому у зв'язку з недосягненням показника (індикатора) виконання, відповідний захід не може вважатись виконаним повністю.
