On June 24, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Draft Law of Ukraine On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Prevention of Corruption Regarding the Improvement of Certain Anti-Corruption Mechanisms with the need for its refinement.
On June 27, 2023, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention sent the refined Draft Law of Ukraine (letter No. 10-03/13874-23) to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
On July 04, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received the Draft Law of Ukraine On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Prevention of Corruption Regarding the Improvement of Certain Anti-Corruption Mechanisms (Register No. 9457 of July 04, 2023).
