1.4.3. Previous efforts involving oversight and verification of declaration as well as monitoring of the lifestyle were not sufficiently effective.

Національним агентством розроблено проект закону, який передбачає автоматизацію оформлення матеріалів про адміністративні правопорушення щодо несвоєчасно поданих декларацій. На виконання відповідного заходу депутатами Верховної Ради України 09.08.2023 ініційовано законопроект (реєстр. 9587-д), який було прийнято 05.09.2023 (Закон України від 05.09.2023 № 3373-ІХ «Про внесення змін до Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення та інших законів України щодо удосконалення порядку притягнення до відповідальності осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування»). Оскільки показником виконання заходу є внесення проекту закону до ВРУ, тому у випадку не набрання чинності ЗУ від 05.09.2023 № 3373-ІХ, Національне агентство продовжить виконання заходу.
