Submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law proposing to:
1) combine the positions with a high or elevated level of corruption risks into a single category termed “positions with a high level of corruption risks”;
2) combine the persons occupying a position of authority or a position of special authority into a single category termed “persons occupying a position of authority”.

Regarding item 1 of the measure 1.4.1.3.1. of the Appendix 2 to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025:
1) the National Agency on Corruption Prevention has developed the draft law On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Corruption Prevention Regarding the Improvement of Certain Anti-Corruption Mechanisms, which was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 24, 2023, with the need for refinement.
2) on June 27, 2023, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention sent the refined draft law (letter No. 10-03/13874-23) to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received the draft law on July 4, 2023 (Register No. 9457).
Regarding item 2 of the measure 1.4.1.3.1. of the Appendix 2 to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025:
1) the National Agency on Corruption Prevention developed the draft laws On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Mechanisms for Preventing Corruption, in Particular in the Private Sector and On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences in Connection with the Adoption of the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Mechanisms for Preventing Corruption, in Particular in the Private Sector, which were submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 30, 2023. On July 14, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft laws.
2) on July 7 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received the draft laws (Register No. 9505 and No. 9506).
