The NACP and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine jointly approved the order No. 86/23/305 dated April 12, 2023. Also, the NACP and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine jointly approved the order No. 121/23/289 dated June 5, 2023. In addition, the NACP has developed the Draft Procedure for Controlling Electoral Funds in the Elections of Parliament Members of Ukraine, which was approved by the Central Election Commission and the National Bank of Ukraine on October 20, 2023.
