Громадське обговорення актів (спільно затверджених наказів НАЗК та МВС № 86/23/305 від 12.04.2023 та НАЗК та Мін.фін. України № 121/23/289 від 05.06.2023. ) не проводилося, оскільки предмет їх регулювання не входить до переліку обов'язкових для проведення таких обговорень, передбачених п. 12 Порядку проведення консультацій з громадськістю з питань формування та реалізації державної політики встановленого постановою КМУ від 03. 11.2010 р. № 996 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/996-2010-%D0%BF#n30).
Крім того, Громадське обговорення проекту «Порядку контролю виборчих фондів на виборах народних депутатів України» не проводилося, оскільки він видається та приймається безпосередньо ЦВК спільно з НБУ, як конституційними органами, що не входять до системи органів виконавчої влади та на яких не поширюється дія постанови КМУ від 03. 11.2010 р. № 996 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/996-2010-%D0%BF#n30).
